Mr. Sukachev is the Senior Partner at BLACK SEA LAW COMPANY. Mr Sukachev is the attorney-at-law and a board member of the Ukrainian Maritime Bar Association (UMBA) and represents Ukraine on the Comitе Maritime International (CMI).
Mr. Arghyrakis specialises in Shipping and Trade litigation and has dealt with innumerable cases in the Commercial Court and in Arbitration. He is a supporting member of the LMAA and a partner at E.G. Arghyrakis & Co. which he founded in January 2003.

Mr. Richard has over 42 years experience in the London Marine Market as both an Underwriter and Broker, and also had 8 years handling claims. Has primarily been involved in P&I, but has experience of Marine Liabilities, being experienced in client facing and placing responsibilities. Currently a P&I and Liability broker with H.W. Wood International.
